History of the company

BLcons Group starts its history in 2001 when the company «Business Law Consulting» was established. Originally the company had only two areas of business – law consulting and services in the sphere of accounting and taxation. In the course of the company development some other activities were included in the list of the services: audit (including IFRS), commercial property management, IT-systems based solutions and others.

In 2007 a rebranding was made in the company. In the result of the rebranding the company has obtained its new name – BLcons Consulting Group and new structure.

BLcons Group is accredited by «RTS Stock Exchange» JSC as an auditor company and legal advisor.
